Connection is designed to provide the initial “first-contact” with our guests.
Match-Up:
Our team members help our guests find their unique niche with us.
Engage:
- Navigate guests in their spiritual journey of faith and answer questions regarding relationship with Christ, baptism, service teams and small groups
- Create a conversation area where teams are ready to meet our guests before and after each service
Connect:
- Be a resource in every way to assist and welcome our guests to Mosaic.
- Provide helpful information on the location of small groups, upcoming events, and answers to questions they may have about our Mosaic community.
- Strategically link them with key people that can assist them in their journey into community and to be on mission with us.

Welcome Teams:
- Connection Hotspot - Info hub that connects our guests to the Mosaic community.
- Café Mosaic - Providing our guests with refreshments and hospitality.
- Greeters - Welcoming our guests each week with a smile, a program, and any needed assistance.
- Ushers - Assisting our guests to their seats and guiding them through our facility. Collecting our weekly offering.
- 10 Minute Party - For first time guests seeking Christ and a spiritual community where we provide an opportunity for significant conversations to occur immediately after the gatherings.
- Ambiance - Create an experience of beauty and worship for our gathering throughout the facility.
