Get a Mosaic Username
Volunteer staff members may now be eligible for a Mosaic username to access the Mosaic Calendar and Facilities Rental Portal and other future Mosaic web portals. If you have need for a Mosaic username, fill out the request form below. We will need your name, a valid email address to contact you by, and a password of your choosing. Please let us know which site you attend and any other pertinent notes such as the area and function that you serve with Mosaic.
