MOSAIC

A 10-week immersive program to challenge and develop future creative leaders. This is a hands-on program where applicants will be able to experience Mosaic from a leadership perspective and work close to our team. Interns will play an important role in some of our biggest events at Mosaic (Mosaic Conference and Easter) as well as explore and experience the city of Los Angeles like never before. This is a unique opportunity to learn from one of the leading churches in the world in the arenas of creativity, communication, and music.

WHAT DOES THE INTERNSHIP INCLUDE?

-    10 weeks of leadership training with the Mosaic Team
-    YELO Experience - (a day of personal and leadership development through assessments like StrengthsFinder,  Myers Briggs & Leadership Matrix)
-    Weekly courses to explore Mosaic culture and values

-    LA Exploration Day

CREATIVE / WORSHIP / LEADERSHIP

CREATIVE
- Generating fresh ideas
- How to foster a creative culture
- Graphic design and branding
- Assist on photo and video shoots
- Theology of creativity 

WORSHIP
- Creating a worship culture
- Biblical worship principles
- Songwriting 
- Team dynamics
- Crash course in worship software (Ableton, Planning Center, Logic) 
- Leading worship vocally or instrumentally
- Live event production

LEADERSHIP
- Developing personal leadership habits
- Understanding biblical leadership principles
- How to become a more effective communicator
- Understanding your communication frequency (Based on the 7 frequencies of communication) 
- Energy management
- How to handle conflict

WHEN WILL I HEAR IF I WAS ACCEPTED?
After you apply, there will be an interview process. Upon completing these steps, we will contact you within one week.

WHAT WILL A TYPICAL WEEK LOOK LIKE?
Interns are required to be available:
Wednesdays | 9am-7pm
Sundays | All day

*Additional days and times may be required for event (Conference, Easter. etc) preparation throughout the internship.

CAN I HOLD AN OUTSIDE JOB WHILE INTERNING?
Yes, however all interns are required to be available for the 3 days and times listed above.

ARE INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS ELIGIBLE?
Yes. We advise all interested international parties to research their country’s legal restrictions on visas, traveling, and working abroad. Please have all necessary government forms and allowances confirmed before claiming and paying for a spot in the internship program,.
