ASSISTANT TECHNICAL 
DIRECTOR

We are looking for an Assistant Technical Director with live production experinence to join our team. Working in all things production, broadcast, and IT, the Assistant Technical Director will provide hands-on support for the design, implementation, and maintenance of technical systems across Mosaic’s campuses, while also working with the rest of the production team to facilitate the capture, recording, and streaming of all Mosaic gathering content.

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical understanding of professional cinema cameras, audio consoles, lighting consoles, and projectors/LED walls.
• Basic understanding of IT networking.
• Knowledge of how to use Mac & Windows computers.
  
• Strong creative problem solving skills.
  
• Ability to work well under tight timelines and pressure.
  
• High attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast pace environment.
  
• Familiar with Soundcraft, Canon, ETC, Ubiquiti, Sony Broadcast, and/or Telestream is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of Vectorworks is a plus.
